Academic Service

I serve on the fourth SMU Faculty Senate, a shadowy organization dedicated to truth, justice, and the Vision and Mission of SMU.

I also support student activities at SMU SIS, including our reigning world champion SMU RunAbout relay team.

Professional Communities

I am a member of the Academy of Management (BPS and TIM divisions), the IEEE, and (when I remember to pay my dues), the North American Society for Computational Social and Organizational Sciences.

I am also a participant in the emerging Software Business Community, a new project to connect researchers, managers, practitioners, and end-users with a common interest in the business of software.
